Want your order delivered in time for the holidays? You’re in luck. We’ve published these deadlines to ensure you receive your memories, when you need them. We have two important dates to remember. Also, these deadlines are when we receive your order at our offices, not when they’re placed.

Rush: December 10

All orders received at Southtree’s order processing facility on or before December 10 with Rush Processing are guaranteed to be completed and delivered before Christmas.Rush Christmas Delivery is an option available at checkout. See size limits below.
Rush Christmas Delivery orders are limited to the follow sizes…
- up to 20 videotapes or
- up to 800 feet of film or
- up to 500 photos
Orders received after November 12 without rush processing or orders received after December 10 are not guaranteed to be completed or delivered before Christmas, and will be processed in the order they are received and will likely be delivered after the holidays.
**Note: orders must be physically delivered at Southtree’s processing location by FedEx, UPS, or the Postal Service by the deadline dates to ensure deadline processing. Check with your carrier to ensure the delivery date of your package to Southtree.
Standard: November 12
All orders received at Southtree’s order processing facility on or before November 12 are guaranteed to be completed and delivered before Christmas. No order size limit. No extra costs. Pretty sweet huh?
