Titling My Discs

Here at Southtree, we try to make every step of the digitization process as easy for our customers as possible. That’s why we pay for shipping and handling, why we offer tracking for all orders, and why we have amazing customer service representatives! Ordering things online can be confusing, especially when the process involves packaging sensitive analog media and sending it through the mail. That’s why we have lots of FAQs and help articles available to our customers as well.

We’d like to take the time to explain how customers can title their DVDs containing digitized copies of their analog media through Southtree. It’s a question we’ve received often, and so we want to make sure each customer knows how it’s done!

Here are the steps to titling your DVDs and CDs:

  1. Order your Southtree kit on our website.
  2. Go to our titling page at www.southtree.com/pages/disc-titling
  3. Enter your order number and your email address in the respective boxes
  4. Click the Get Started button
  5. Enter and submit titles for each DVD or CD you’ll be receiving

It’s important to take care of this titling step before you send us your digitized media so that we can make sure we get the titles printed correctly before sending your digitized copies and originals back to you.

And that’s all there is to it! If you follow these steps, our technicians here at Southtree will laser-print your custom titles onto your DVDs and CDs so that you can know which disc contains certain videos or pictures once we send them to your home. Thank you for choosing Southtree! We can’t wait for you and your loved ones to see your favorite memories in their new, digital formats.
