Our Human Resources Manager will recruit and develop a superior workforce on an ongoing basis. He/She will help develop a company culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity standards and goal attainment. Applicants need to have training in employment law, compensation, organizational planning / development, safety, employee relations / training / development. Our Human Resource Manager must have a high degree of confidentiality and excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.
Customer Service Agent
Our “Agent of Happiness” is responsible for telephone questions and customer support, interacting with our social users on Facebook and Twitter, and of course managing a plethora of e-mail questions. Southtree is a fast-paced, dynamic work environment that is constantly evolving and changing, and we are looking to add a team member that is ready for the challenge.
