2. Can I get my memories digitally converted in time for Christmas?
Yes, you can get your memories digitally converted in time for Christmas as long as we receive your media at our digitizing facility before Thursday, November 19th, which is our Christmas delivery receiving deadline.
Typical processing time is 6-8 weeks. This number may vary depending on current volume and your order size. Our team of over 200 trained technicians is working hard to complete all orders as quickly as possible in the order they are received. We'll continue send you email updates as your order is processed.

3. How long does it take?
Once we receive your Southtree Box, it takes 6-8 weeks to process your order and approximately 6-12 business days with UPS Ground return shipping. We’ll keep you informed throughout the entire process. You’ll receive personalized updates, available online and in your inbox.
The last day for Christmas delivery for the initial box is December 18, 2020 at noon (EST) if you choose 2 Day shipping at checkout.
4. What's included with my Southtree Box?
Your Southtree Box has everything you need to safely pack and send in your items. Every Southtree Box includes a welcome guide and checklist, packaging materials with safety barcodes, access to our personal concierge line so you can talk to an expert anytime, and of course we do all the work, digitally converting all your items by hand.
5. I've received my Southtree Box. Can I get DVDs or my thumb drive back by Christmas?
You can send in your Southtree Box anytime using the return label inside your Southtree Box. Orders that arrive at Southtree after November 19th are NOT able to be processed and returned in time for Christmas. Standard processing is 6-8 weeks plus additional time is required for shipping your Southtree Box to us and back to your home. Orders will be processed in the order they are received.
Note: Some Southtree Boxes require activation before using the return label. Please follow the instructions on your label.
6. Can I ensure that I’ll get my digital files by Christmas?
Absolutely. The digital download option is great because we are able to send you your digital files before your box even ships from our facility. To make this happen, your box must be received by our facility before Friday, December 11th in order be processed and have the link sent by Christmas.
