1. Will I receive my Southtree order by Christmas?
Southtree orders placed before November 10th must arrive before November 22nd to be processed and shipped in time to arrive before Christmas. Orders placed after November 10th and orders that arrive after November 22nd will be processed in the order they are received.
Note: Due to high demand, there’s a limited number of days that Christmas processing will be available.
2. How should I send my order to Southtree?
We always recommend using FedEx or UPS with tracking information, although you can also use the postal service. If you order holiday processing, be sure to ship your order so that it arrives by the date required (current date will be given in checkout). In some scenarios this may require you to ship with an express service type, like Fedex 2-day or overnight so that your order arrives at our production facility in time.
3. How long does it take?
Once we receive your Southtree order at our production facility, it takes 4-5 weeks to process most standard orders and then up to eight business days with FedEx Smartpost return shipping. We’ll keep you informed throughout the entire process. You’ll receive personalized updates, available online and in your inbox.
Note: If you need your order by Christmas, there’s a limited number of days that Christmas processing will be available.
4. What if I don't need my order by Christmas.
Great! We'll continue to process your order when it arrives at our facility and notify your when it is completed and shipped. Standard order processing is 4-5 weeks.
