A message from Southtree on COVID-19

We are committed to helping families digitally preserve their past. Due to the current health crisis, we are continually adapting our practices to ensure our team stays healthy while serving customers.

We remain open and operational, and have taken several precautions to ensure your order and our team stay healthy. We've implemented the CDC's best practices including social distancing, enhanced cleanings, temperature screenings and more. 

Our production team is processing hundreds of orders a day and our customer service team is available 7 days a week to help. We're ready to receive your aging home movies and photos, digitize them, and return them so they can be relived and enjoyed. 

As a heads up, our processing times are currently averaging 6-8 weeks. We are doing our best to keep our team safe, convert your items, and get them back to you as quickly as possible!
