Here’s how you can access your digital download after sending your originals to Southtree:
- Go to www.southtree.com
- Click on “My Orders” near the top right of the webpage
- Type in your order number and your email address into the text boxes
- Locate your digital files, agree to the terms and conditions, and hit accept!
- Click the link to the downloaded files
- Double click on each file to view your photos and videos
- To save the files to your computer, right-click each thumbnail
- Find “Download” in the drop-down menu and click it. Then, hit “download anyway.”
- Your files will begin downloading and once they are finished, you can access them on your computer!
